Fruit strudel

Hi, here I am!! I propose this as a first recipe. It’s ideal for Women’s Day
Ingredients:
a roll of puff pastry
2 red apples
2 bananas
5 kiwis
a handful of raisins
3 heaped tablespoons icing sugar
a pinch of cinnamon
a little piece of margarine
Directions:
In a pan melt margarine. Add apples, bananas and kiwis who have clean and trimmed. While they cook, add the powdered sugar, cinnamon and the raisins. Mix everything together and in the meantime, roll out the pastry and phorate with a fork (I forgot to do it) Put us inside the compound

with a knife do the stripes, starting from the ends up inside

Now close the strudel accompanying the strips

Preheat the oven, and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °

Once ready, serve it hot, or resting is good the same
