Easter morning treat
Eggs for breakfast? Yes! It’s a vegan egg and it is sweeeet!
Ingredients:
5 canned half apricots
2-3 tablespoons of fruit juice of your choice (apricot, orange, peach …)
2 teaspoons fructose or sugar
2 biscuits
5 tablespoons natural soy yogurt
Method:
Dice 4 half apricots. Dip your biscuits in the fruit juice. Now make layers inside a pretty glass: apricots, biscuits, yogurt, sugar. And then again apricots, biscuits, yogurt and sugar. Finish off with your fake egg yolk on top.
