Apple Wraps

Yesterday I wanted to cook something sweet with apples. I actually wanted to make an apple cake, but I had a roll of puff pastry to finish off so I had this idea:
Ingredients:
1 roll of vegan puff pastry
2 apples
pine nuts
raisins
muesli
cinnamon
brown sugar
apple and kiwi jam
Method:
I rolled the dough evenly and I cut it into 3 wedges. I filled the first one with some jam, then I laid over the apples cut into pieces and some pine nuts. I turned over the edges of the dough in order to “close” the mixture inside and dusted with a little brown sugar and cinnamon.

Second piece of the pastry: I filled it with diced apples, raisins, pine nuts and spread the jam on top of it. I closed it like a cannolo and sprinkled some brown sugar.

Last wrap: in addition to apples, I added some lemon peel and some muesly.

I baked them at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, they must turn golden brown. Enjoy!
