Spinach Lasagna

For those who want to prepare something special for a special occasion here is a tasty lasagna.
Ingredients:
pasta for lasagna vegan
cooked spinach
natural tofu
onion
pepper
nutmeg
soft bechamel sauce
vegan cheese
olive oil
salt
soy butter (or vegetable butter)
Method:
The first thing I do is boil your lasagna layers for 5 minutes, these lasagne are very thick so they need drying, I then cooled with cold water and laid them out to dry on a sheet

I put a dash of olive oil in a frying pan, I added a pinch of Chili powder, I add the onions, add a dash of hot water, it mustn’t fry

coarsely chop the spinach and put them in the frying pan, adding crumbled tofu, flavour by adding salt and also a little nutmeg


now prepare the usual béchamel sauce, but more fluid so that your lasagna will remain soft. Add some vegan cheese
alternatively if you like you can add a few spoonfuls of nutritional yeast flakes, for a more cheesy flavour.

now start layering the lasagne starting with a little béchamel sauce on the bottom of the dish which you will use, and finish off with some soy butter pieces or if you prefer a drizzle of olive oil and bake for a crowd.

P.s.: Sorry but I never put the amount of the ingredients… this was enough for four portions.

ok, I understand now. I know that brand but I never tried it. I can’t find it in the shops where I live. Its flavour and texture is still a mistery to me
