Bread with dried figs
You will need a bread machine to make this scrumptious bread.

Ingredients:
350 g. flour
Manitoba flour 140 g.
Chickpea flour 60 g.
Lukewarm water 370 g.
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 packet active dry yeast
Baking powder 1 / 2 teaspoon
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
Sugar 1 tsp
100 g dried figs

Method:
Follow the instruction of your bread machine. I set the program on 4 (sweet breads) andwhen it beeps I add chopped figs.
Let cool before slicing.

If you think it is a big loaf and you probably won’t be able to eat it in a few days you can lightly toast it on both sides, this way it will keep for longer. Enjoy
