Leek and Tofu Puree

Ingredients:
a piece of leek (about 5 cm)
a small piece of tofu
1 / 2 cup millet
a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
a teaspoon of flaxseed oil
teaspoon sesame seeds
Method:
Bring to the boil about 200ml water, add the thinly sliced leeks, millet and tofu, mashed with a fork before. Allow to simmer for half an hour. Serve with extra virgin olive oil, linseed oil (rich in omega3) and finally sprinkle on a teaspoon of sesame seeds for calcium intake.
