Spring Time Bento Box

Hi to everybody ! ‘cause lack of time recently I’ve been preparing these simple and quick dishes. Nothing special, it’s just a way to bind together and taste veggies and aromas!

Ingredients :

Box 1 (left)

Fennel

Onion

Mint sauce

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Box 2 (center)

Grape tomatos

Onion

Soia bean sprouts

Dill

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Box 3 (destra)

30 gr. rice

Zucchini

Herbs de Provence (mixture of dried herbs, the standard mixture typically contains savory, fennel, basil, thyme and lavander flowers and other herbs)

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Method :

Waiting for the rice to be ready, I sliced the veggies e put ‘em into the boxes; I added the bean sprouts, the different herbs, the mint sauce and poured  some drops of the E.V.O.O.. I didn’t dress the rice because I like it as it is and eaten with the veggies it takes their savor.

That’s it! ….done in ten minutes this morning before going out.

Isn’t it nice? 😉
