Drunken Sweet Pears

Ingredients

4 small Pears
red wine (I used Lambrusco, a 750ml bottle)
sugar to taste (I put 5 tablespoons)
cinnamon

Method
Wash pears. Prepare the syrup with wine, sugar, cinnamon. Add whole pears and cook for about 25 minutes, or until pears are soft. Serve warm sliced as a fan and covered in ice-cream.
