Portable Cappuccino

Making a good cappuccino is an art, whenI worked in cafè in Italy it was a joy to see my customers delighted with my cappuccinos.
The foam had to be dense and compact and mix well with the coffee A professional vaporizer helps a lot but now that I don’t work in a cafè anymore I have to make my own at home.
Ingredients:
Soy Milk
Coffee
Sugar (optional!)
Tools:
Clean glass Jar with top
Large Mug
Method:
Make a nice coffee coffe and pour it in small cup.
Heat the Soy Milk and pour it into the jar, close and shake well until it gets nice and frothy.

Mix with your coffee and enjoy
