Italian Raw “Sushi”

Ingredients:
1 courgette
100 g fresh peas
olive oil
lemon juice
balsamic vinegar
cumin powder
sunflower seeds
Method:
Cut the zucchini thin with the mandolin. Then marinate with lemon juice and oil.
Meanwhile blend the peas with spices, sunflower seed oil, lemon juice and a bit of balsamic vinegar.
Fill the zucchini and roll up.
Arrange on a plate and eat in one mouthful
