Banana&Apple Raw Tart
Ah, what a treat this sweet and crumbly tart with 3 unique flavors …
Easy to do, but most of all mouth watering! And it has such an aroma… ![]()

Excellent as a snack in the morning or as a high calory snack after the workout.
Ingredients:
- 2 large bananas
- 2 ripe yellow bananas
- grated coconut (as needed)
- 30gr fructose
- almond oil
- pomegranate berries and lemon grass to garnish
Method:
Blend at medium speed bananas, apples, fructose and oil to achieve a smooth mixture, not too liquid. Place in a bowl and add the grated coconut, stirring until mixture is crumbly and compact. Shape the tart and garnish in the with pomegranate berries and lemon grass all around.

Yep…and it must be a true treat! My boy is coming on Friday, I think I’ll make this tart to welcome him. As you maybe know, I’m trying to have as much raw food as possible and this is perfect
