Raw Felafels
All these raw news are infecting me too…
I still prefer cooked foods, but in the view of the summer (hopefully it arrives) I like a little raw food very much. Inspired by the beautiful raw patties that have been recently published (thanks to all for ideas), I propose a raw version of the renowned falafel. I don’t know the amounts exactly, as I went for tries.

Ingredients:
Fresh broad beans
1 teaspoon tahini
¼ onion
1 carrot
lemon juice
sesame seeds
Method:
Peel the broad beans, whip them along with the other ingredients and a little lemon juice.
With wet hands form the patties and pass them into the sesame seeds.
Let rest in the fridge for half an hour.

Well done!! I’m pretty curious to taste them…also I was thinking about making them with raw peas as well
I’ve begun experimenting with raw foods lately owing to hot weather too, and these look like they would go great inside some raw sandwich wrapper! They should be really easy to make, as long as I can locate the broad beans.
