Quinoa Cookies
Hello … Hello to all! I’ve been thinking bout a “super energy” biscuit for a while … ehehhe et Voilà!

Quinoa is a protein burst … so why not use it to make something sweet ..???!!! There I just made them plain.. so you can taste its “aroma”.
Ingredients:
100 gr quinoa
soya milk 250 gr
200 gr flour
120 gr margarine (even less!)
120 gr sugar
1 / 2 sacket of cream of tartar
a pinch of bicarbonate
a pinch of salt
5 or 6 or 7 Hazelnuts
20 gr maizena
Method:
Bring the soy milk to a boil, and sugar it with the 20 of the… 20 grams of sugar listed above … let the quinoa cook for twenty minutes! Meanwhile sift the dry ingredients and add the hazelnuts, which we have previously crushed, and warmed margarine …! Drain the quinoa … even if only a few drops of soy milk will actually drain… and add this mixture to the bowl with the flour, etc. .. ! Form a sort of “salami”, wrap it in a cling film and put it in the fridge for a hour …!

Then slice it and bake cookies for 20 minutes at 180°preheated oven …

Kisses to all!
