Fried Tofu
I propose you my favorite recipe, easy, quick and truly tasty!

Ingredients:
200 grams of toki tofu
breadcrumbs
soy milk
salt
chili
marjoram
oil
Method:
Remove the tofu from its container and place it in a colander to drain, cut it into slices of medium size, and pat dry them. Pour the breadcrumbs in a plate and add salt, pepper and marjoran. In another plate pour soia milk. Proceed with the bread-coating of the slices : first step pass them in milk then in breadcrumbs. Pour some oil in a pan and when hot fry tofu until golden brown.

This is delicious! Never tried fried tofu – just sauteéd in a sauce pan, but this is definitely tastier!
