Creamy Gnocchi with Mushrooms
Hi, this is my first recipe!
extra virgin olive oil
Sauté the mushrooms in a little oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley and a drizzle of white wine … in the meantime, cook the gnocchi in salted water in a saucepan; heat the cream with vegan cheese cut into small pieces until it melts.
When the dumplings are done, mix the cream and mushrooms in a baking pan … and bake at 250°C for about 15-20 minutes … after that, grill it for a minute and the dish is ready … it was really delicious!
