“Vegrino” in green

Maybe you tried it yet a lot of times at home, but I didn’t find it here on VeganWiz and, as I like this picture very much, I want to share it with you all, even if this recipe is really simple (thank you MentaMarina for sharing the basic recipe!!!).

Ingredients:
1 Vegrino (obtained with 200 g of natural soy yogurth)
parsley
a mix of white, green, black, white and rose pepper
table salt
extra virgin olive-oil
balsamic vineager sauce (better if seflproduced)

Method:
So easy ;-)!!!! Prepare the “Vegrino” at least 4 days before Β to use it, as follows: pour 200 g of natural soy yogurth in a basket cheese moulding case and let it drain into a bowl, covered, into the fridge (see picture):

Let it drain covered into the fridge, and after 4 days it’s ready to be dressed as you like! If you want to try as I did, just put it on a plate and sprinkle with table salt, the mix of peppers, parsley and extra virgin olive-oil. Then, prepare a balsamic vineager sauce as follows: pour in a saucepan the same quantity of balsamic vineager and water, and add a small quantity of cane sugar (to make it sweet-and-sour). Bring to a boil and keep on stirring until the sauce becomes thick. Wait a moment before to use it, then take with a spoon a quantity of sauce needed to decorate the “vegrino”.
If the sauce gets too thick, no worries, just warm it in a bain-marie and it’ll be liquid again! πŸ™‚

    Forget the last comment…here it is! πŸ™‚ Cheers for that. I tried control “F” ing and couldn’t find a recipe on your site so spent 30 minutes Google translating (badly) Italian recipes πŸ™‚ I guess there are worse ways to spend 30 minutes? πŸ™‚ Cheers for this, I am going to make some ASAP πŸ™‚
