Winter Nectar
Ok, I admit it, I had to change my mind: I thought that almond milk was the non-plus-ultra amongst raw drinks but after tasting this…! There’s nothing to do … now I’m addicted!

Ingredients:
(makes 2 cups)
a handful of shelled raw hazelnuts (but still with their skins)
a handful of shelled raw almonds (still with their skins too)
2 cups of water
a hint of vanilla
nutmeg
6 mejoul dates
Method:
Soak the almonds and the hazelnuts overnight in a bowl, and dates in an other one (as then you’ll reuse their water). The following day blend hazelnuts, almonds, dates and water and then filter with a fine gauze. Now add vanilla and mix well. Serve it in a mug with a sprinkling of nutmeg on top.
Comments:
Well, maybe it has nearly a billion kilocalories, maybe it is too fat, maybe nuts should not be mixed with sugars… However, guys, it is sooooooooo good!!!!!!!!

I am guilty! I did it! oh my gosh, so good! I didn’t have dates and I used raisins instead.. and I added some natuaral coconut flakes, since there were not enough Kalories already….:)))
but all worth it!Thank you!
I don’t even wanto to try this… because I KNOW I’ll love it and get addicted!! and I can’t face swallowing a billion of calories in just a cup
