Celeriac Mash

Ingredients:
260 gr of celeriac
180 gr of potatoes
300 ml of soy milk
2 teaspoons of soy butter
salt
nutmeg
Procedure:
I clean the celeriac and the potatoes, I cut them into pieces and steam cooked them.
Once cooked, I reduced them to a puree with a potato masher.
I put everything in a pan with soy milk, soy butter and nutmeg.

I recently discovered celeriac… and now I’m addicted! I tried this recipe a while ago (well, something very similar) and I fell in love with it! I haven’t added nutmeg, which should fo very well with celeriac. Thanks!
