Flavouring Mix

This is for all those who can not overdo with salt, well, that is, all of us! Therefore, here it is an alternative way to add flavor to your dishes.

Ingredients:
(doses are very approximate, because I don’t weight them, usually I fill a large jar)
3 handfuls of sesame seeds
3 handfuls of flax seed
3 handfuls of sunflower seeds
1 handful of poppy seeds
3 handfuls of oatmeal
3 handfuls of powdered bran
2 handfuls of shelled peanuts
1 handful of dried aromatic herbs

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and chop until you get a satisfactory nice powder. The seeds will tend to remain intact, but I very much like it. Possibly try to prolong the time of blending, or crush them separately. Otherwise, as I you taught me in my previous recipe, we eject the seeds as whole as we introduce them in our body, without absorbing their benefits!
Use to flavor salads, pasta, rice, sauces, etc. ..

    great! I like it! I do something similar but with seaweeds – a bit of marine flavour
