Slurp Mice
…but made of chocolate! I veganized some sweets that my sister made for my nephew’s birthday and I must say that the result was very yummy!

Ingredients:
300 gr of vegan biscuit with chocolate
100 gr of self-produced soybean ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons of apricot jam
2 tablespoons of veghella
almonds
pine nuts
toothpicks for the tail
Method:
It’s very simple: finely grind the cookies, like flour, combine ricotta cheese, jam and veghella. Mix with a spoon at the beginning, then with your hands, until you get a smooth paste, mix well to combine all ingredients.
Now, divide the mixture into pellets, and give them the shape of a mouse.
Take the almonds, halved, and use them as ears, and pinentus for the noses. Use the toothpicks as tails.
And here they are, cute little mice! Luckily, my Chicco didn’t see them, otherwise who knows what would have happened!

Comments:
These biscuits are shaped like mice, but really you can play with the shape you
like best, this is just a way to make them nice, perhaps for a birthday party for kids. Best wishes to everyone!
