Tea Flavoured Biscuits
As usual, the combination of leftovers gives rise to a new recipe. Here’s what comes out of a leftover of margarine, almost expiring, and some leftover tea!

Ingredients:
100 gr of flour, type 00
80 gr of margarine
70 gr of vanilla and caramel flavoured tea
60 gr of sugar cane
Method:
Mix margarine with sugar and dissolve it well, then add flour and slowly add the tea, stirring the mixture with a wooden spoon. You will get quite a liquid mixture. Preheat oven to 170 Celsius degrees, line a baking sheet with baking paper (or a grill). Fill a pastry bag with the liquid mixture and form some cookies on the baking paper, taking care to separate them carefully, as they tend to expand while cooking. Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges just begin to colour.

They must be very elegant and light, and you can try with many kind of teas. I wonder how they work with rice flour – i prefer it in cookies as they come out lighter and crispier
