Seitan crazy idea!

This seitan is for everyone. No one can say I do not like it. The only reason not to have it is suffering from coeliac disease, otherwise it is absolutely adorable! I made seitan at home with the instant seitan, adding some flavourings wich I’ll mention in brackets amongst the ingredients. As for the rest … read and then tell me!

Ingredients:
300 gr of seitan (with dried garlic, parsley, chili, pepper, mint)
flour
1 long white zucchini (sliced​​)
1 small onion
1 carrot
a handful of sunflower seeds
two tablespoons of rice vinegar
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper

Method:
Bread-coat seitan. Brown it in a pan on both sides. Remove it and set aside. Fry the carrot alone, followed by the onion. Sautée them well. Add a dozen slices of white zucchini. Place the ​​seitan slices back in the pan. Blend it all with two tablespoons of rice vinegar. Place it in the plaes and enjoy!
