Aubergine with Chocolate!
Finally, I can post a recipe … I hope you enjoy it as I did!

Ingredients:
20 slices of aubergine
150 gr of dark chocolate
orange peel
pistachios
powdered sugar
Method:
Get 20 slices of aubergine and cook them in pan (I’ve grilled them)
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a baine-marie in a saucepan (about 150 gr, but it also depends on the size of the aubergine slices). Dip 12 slices in chocolate (one by one) and start assembling your sweet: a slice with chocolate – slice without chocolate – orange peels – pistachios (knife cut)


I did it on the sink not to drip everywhere! ![]()

Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar … and serve cold!
