“Orangile”
It would seem a simple orange juice… but it also contains chamomile, you can’t see it, but I assure you, it’s there!
It’s a very simple “recipe”, inspired by the Internet; but I had never thought about this delicate match! Try it if you want to add a different note to the usual juice.

Ingredients:
2 small oranges
150 ml of water
1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers
sugar, to taste
Method:
Heat the water in a saucepan; when reaches the boil remove it from heat and brew the chamomile flowers. Let the flowers brew about 10 minutes, strain it all and let the chamomile cool.
Meanwhile, squeeze the two oranges (the original recipe also called for 2 mandarins, but I didn’t have them; as in fact, it also included blood orange) and add their juice to the chamomile.
Sweeten with sugar if you don’t like too much the taste of chamomile.
Aren’t these tiny flowers beatiful?? ![]()
