Coconut and Yogurt Cake
A delicious aroma in the air …

Ingredients:
(of organic origin)
1 jar of soy yogurt (250gr)
1 jar of wheat flour
1 jar full of raw sugar cane
1 jar of coconut flour
3 tablespoons of potato starch
1 / 2 vanilla pod
1 / 2 jar of oil seeds
cream of tartar
Method:
Mix yogurt, sugar, vanilla (extracted from the pod), oil and potato starch. Combine flour and finally the cream of tartar. Mix well and pour it into a plim cake mould. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees for 30 minutes. If you want, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar or glaze as desired.
