Yogurt Tiramusù
Here I am, back again with a new sweet: my first experiment with tiramusù. I did really miss it, I never knew how to make it… all the recipes I found on the internet called for Soyatoo, which I prefer not to use because of the palm oil (not ethic at all), or contained a lot of sugar. So I thought… as I’m an avid yogurt eater, why not to try it? Nothing new of course, but I sorted the problem out!

Ingredients for the cream:
400 gr of unflavoured soy yogurt
2 tablespoon of cooking soy cream
3 tablespoon of agave syrup
1/2 teaspoon of bourbon vanilla powder
Ingredients for layers and garnishing:
1 small coffee cup of unsweetened coffee
vegan biscuits
unsweetened cocoa powder
Method:
Strain the yogurt with a cheese cloth for a day. I put it in the morning and got it back the next morning, if you prefer a softer result you can let it strain just overnight. Then, place it in a bowl with all other ingredients and mix well. In the meantime prepare the coffee, make a nice cup of it and let it cool. Now, prepare tiramisù as usual: a layer of biscuits, dipped in coffee, a layer of cream, layer of biscuits, layer of cream. With these doses you won’t get a lot of it, a couple of servings each, therefore I recommend you not to use a large bowl. I don’t make that much tiramisù as we’re only two and my partner doesn’t love seeets (how can this be, I wonder???!!
), therefore if you want to prepare it for 4 or more, just double the amount of ingredients. In the end, sprinkle the surface with cocoa powder and let it rest in the fridge. The next day is even better ![]()

Sorry for the photo, but I remembered to take it when I had already cut the tiramisù… this way I can show you the inside… I hug you all!!

good! I like the idea of using yogurt, it makes tiramisu definitely lighter than the usual
