Light Blackberries Muffins
Delicious muffins with blackberries, that I picked up myself a few days ago in the countryside ^ _ ^ easy peasy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
(makes 8-9 muffins):
100 gr of organic whole wheat flour
100 gr of rice flour
80 gr sugar cane
1 small jar of mixed berries soy yogurt
1/2 glass of oat milk (mine was homemade)
some fresh blackberries
1 pinch of salt
16 gr of baking powder
Method:
Mix dry ingredients first and the gradually add soy yogurt, oat milk and blackberries until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour it into aluminum or silicon muffin moulds and bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes (possibly, do the toothpick test). When done, let them rest 5 minutes out of the oven.
