October Gelato
Concentrated as I was on my seasonal fruit, I realized that, all alone in the basket, there were two sad and almost over-ripe bananas, and that, in that way, nor I (I don’t particularly like exotic fruit, especially if I have mine) neither my sister (who likes them unripe) would never eat them; and so I contrived, and I don’t know where and when (always in the blog anyway), but it’s all in my mind
, I think I read about an ice cream made of ripe banana, and it so was …

Ingredients:
1 banana
2 teaspoons hazelnut butter
chopped hazelnuts, to taste
1 cup of soy milk
Method:
Leave the banana in the freezer for about an hour. After an hour it should be frozen enough, peel it with a knife and cut it into rounds. Blend it together with a teaspoon of hazelnut butter (pure) and milk (which I had just self-made, and was still warm), until it becomes a nice cream, but be careful not to melt it too much. Transfer it all in a glass and decorate with hazelnut butter and chopped hazelnuts. Place it in freezer for 5 minutes more and enjoy.

With such a golden autumn, what would you want more than a nice ice cream?
