Smoked Green Sauce

Ingredients:
1 bunch of boiled asparagus
1/2 block of smoked tofu
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast flakes
1 pinch of salt
exra virgin olive oil, to taste
Method:
Very difficult: put all the ingredients in a blender and process until they’re well blended
Comment:
By now you’ve realized that these are all quick recipes
. Today, beside this sauce, to spread on nice and big bruschettas, I prepared boiled Swiss chards, seasoned with an emulsion made of lemon, extra virgin olive oil and tamari and a final sprinkling of gomasio. Here they are:
