Snow-covered Candied Apple
… A simple but very effective recipe!

Ingredients:
2 apples
2 tablespoons of millet malt
cinnamon
grated coconut
Method:
Wash the apples and dry them thoroughly. Remove the stalk and spit the apples with a sturdy wood stick. Prepare the caramel, placing a saucepan on the heat with 2 tablespoons of malt and a sprinkling of cinnamon. When the caramel is ready, get the apples, bend the pan slighlty, and spinning the apples cover them completely. Let them cool a little and roll them in the coconut. Serve, pouring some more coconut over
I suggest you to add also a bit of beet juice to colour the caramel, but unfortunately I didn’t have it. ![]()

Excellent “genuine” snack. And if you really don’t like it, you can always hang it on your Christmas tree!
