- Hello everybody! My name’s Antonietta (Anto for my friends), born in 1974. I’m an educator for handicap bearer children [I worked hard for 16 years but at the moment I’m not working at all], besides, I sing in an “alternative-indie-rock” band, for mere passion , called EVEN MORE VAST. I was born in Reggio Calabria city (deep South Italy), where I lived with my parents for 18 years. When I got my diploma (at the teachers’ training school) I decided to “find my way”… and so I reached Aosta Valley (The Alps, North-West Italy) to join my love but also to find a job! I’m living over here since March 1993, with Luca and a few beautiful cats ☺ I became vegetarian on December ’93, after watching some shocking videos about cruelty on animals… I got a flashback about some events of my life, apparently forgotten. Indeed, when I was a child I hated the arrogance and the violence of humans towards all of our sweet animal brothers . Unfortunately, at that time I witnessed humans using cruelty towards various animals, and now I still remember, everything: the howls of pain, the fear and the smell of their blood… Things I’ll remember for all of my life! Anyway, I’m successfully and consciously VEGAN since December 2001. Today I consider myself a real better person, complete and proud of “being what I eat”! For this reason I’m so glad to be party of you, of this great family made of respectable people, who love, who don’t discriminate, who simply live and let live… From deep inside my heart, THANK YOU!
