- Woman, new mum, food lover, pretty creative, messy, curious, always too many things on my plate. I like colours, in fact I need to have coloured food too, and sometimes I go to a bar and ask for something blue;) At the moment I live with my husband and our little baby boy on the Italian riviera, near Genoa. As for cooking, I love experimenting in the kitchen. I often cook meals based on grains. I also really enjoy making vegan cakes and try my friends on a "what's in it" game. Although I'm not properly vegan, I have developed a strong hatred for industrial farming. And I believe most people eat plenty of dairy and animal products just because they've never realised it's possible to cook using different ingredients. So, my aim is cooking something tasty and colourful without using animal products.
