- Hi folks! I am Mariagrazia, translator and re-inhabitant of an old XVII century house in a Sabinian borgo, near Rome. Here in the picture I am portrayed with my boss Cirino, a cat… (Actually, I am his human slave…). I am vegan since summer 2008 after more than a vegetarian decade. My first choice was pondered translating Dextreit’s book, Earth cures, in 1999. Becoming vegan was later urged not only by ethical reasons and health consciousness but also by environmental worries. Every day I am all the more amazed by the variety and tastiness of vegan cuisine, mostly discovered in blogs such as the Italian mother version of this one. My recipes list in Veganblog: http://www.veganblog.it/author/mariagrazia/
