As promised, a juicy puff with a subtle Chantilly cream, nicely presented and created with the Vegan puffs.DSC09386
Directions:

I made the Chantilly by adding a bit of vegan custard (easily found in sachets at most supermarkets, please always check the ingrendients to make sure it is dairy and egg-free) to some vegan whipped cream and a bit of bourbon vanilla sugar. That’s all. The Chantilly has a very delicate flavour and adds that touch of elegance to all of your pastry recipes. I filled the puffs with a pastry bag and doused both the sides and bottom of the puff using a synthetic brush. Then sprinkled some sugar grains on top of it and decorated with some dark chocolate melted a bainmarie. Put straight into the fridge, the longer the better. I never received so many compliments as I have when I served these babies.. I couldn’t be more satisfied! ­čÖé
