Fried veg-mozzarella cherries
Find out how to create these mouth-watering mozzarella cherries, strictly vegan! They are insanely good!!
Ingredients:

Directions:
The directions are the same although this time I have used an ice-cube tray to shape them. When they are ready take them out of the tray (I left them in the fridge for about two days) and place them on a place. Prepare a batter that isn’t too runny with one tablespoon of chickpea flour and one of plain flour, water, salt and pepper. Have another plate ready with breadcrumbs to coat the “cherries”. Once coated in crumbs allow them to sit for 5 minutes and then fry them. Just before frying them lay them on a kitchen towel to remove the excess oil. Try them!
