Stewed cabbage
Who says that only those who live in Northern countries can cook cabbage? I am about to prove you wrong! This recipe for stewed cabbage that I would like to share with you is really easy. I have posted this so that even those who aren’t huge fans of cabbage in general will fall in love with it.
There are the things you are going to need is: a large sauce or frying pan (similar to a wok), one small cabbage head, olive oil, a big onion, cumin seeds, coriander, salt and pepper.
Directions: chop the cabbage in two parts and remove its core, soak in water for a little while and then cut it in thin strips.
In the meantime cut the onion into rings and fry them in oil on a very low heat. Then add two teaspoons of cumin seeds and coriander, salt and pepper. Stir continuously so that the onion will not stick to your pan (you can add some water if necessary.)
This cabbage very delicius, I eat it with rise 🙂
