Port Wine Cookies
While baking our well-tested red wine cookies, my flatmate and me noticed that we had some leftover white port wine and a ton of dark chocolate, so we decided to experiment a bit.
Ingredients
200 gr plain white flour
75 gr cane sugar
1/2 small glass vegetable oil
8 gr baking powder
1/4 glass white port wine
20 gr shredded dark chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°. Combine the ingredients in a bowl and blend well. Drop the dough by tablespoons on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes. Let the cookies cool. That’s it!
