Millet and Lentils (7/8 months)

50 gr. pumpkin
1 teaspoon red lentils
5 teaspoons millet

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into pieces, put it in a pot to boil together with the lentils and the millet. Boil for 25/30 minutes, then mash the pumpkin with a fork.  Tranfer to a bowl and add some drops of good olive oil and a few drops of cold-pressed flax seed oil (rich in Omega3).
