Spaghetti with cauliflower


This is my first recipe on veganwiz πŸ™‚ Adjust your doses to your taste.

Spaghetti (or other pasta)
steamed cauliflower
1 carrot
fennel seeds
black pepper or red pepper
creamy rice
Tamari Β (or soy sauce, or salt)
olive oil


Put in the pot chopped onion and garlic all end with a little oil, add fennel seeds with turmeric, now add cauliflower crushed with a fork and chopped carrot, flavour for 10 minutes then add cream rice. It sould be very soft.

Now cook your pasta al dente – not overcooked

If you like you can add pepper and a drop of oil.

    I am really happy you do not stop before the language barrier!
    Anyway, remember to put adjectives or noun-adjectives before names in English! (ecozoic chef for example!) You have a chance to improve your English here!
