Quick Pasta

This is what I usually make whe I have friends for dinner.  I can prepare the pasta in advance and then when the guests arrive I can enjoy their company while the pasta is turning golden brown in the oven.

Ingredients:
250 g fusilli
1 packet of soy Creamer
1 / 4 cauliflower
1 / 4 pumpkin
1 / 2 onion
1 piece of celery
1 teaspoon Gomasio (or crushed sesame seeds)
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
Salt
Pepper
Stock Powder

Method:
Gently fry the chopped onion and celery in a little oil, add the pumpkin and the cauliflower cut into pieces, add the stock powder and a little water, add salt and cook for about 15 minutes.  Meanwhile, bring some salted water to a boil and cook the pasta al dente, that means a little bit under-cooked.  Drain the pasta with a slotted spoon and combine it with the vegetables, mix well. Turn off the heat and add the soy creamer.  Mix well. Transfer in a nice baking dish and sprinkle with Gomasio and yeast. Brown in the oven for about ten minutes.
