Red Orange Pudding

This pudding is fabulous, just look at the colour!
I love blood oranges, and I love to make recipes using this fruit rather than just make a plain fresh orange juice.  Vitamin C  a go go!! 😉

Ingredients for 6 bowls :
850 ml of fresh juice and pulp of blood oranges
1 packet of agar-agar powder (should be 4 g)
50 g unrefined sugar
50 g of corn starch

Squeeze the oranges and pour the juice and pulp into a saucepan. Add the cornstarch and sugar and stir well with a whisk, trying not to make lumps. Cook on low heat and add the agar agar powder, stirring constantly, until it is thick unough.  Stir with a wooden spoon, then turn off the heat and let it cool at room temperature. Pour into 6 individual molds or one large mold, and place in refrigerator for several hours before serving wildly!! Meanwhile, you can start eating it with your eyes … eh, eh, eh! 😉
