Tasty asparagus
This recipe is not mine but it was Barbara who published it on veganblog Italy, I have redone it and I must say that I have never eaten asparagus so tasty. You can cook on a grid or in the oven.
Ingredients:
asparagus
garlic
sage
laurel
salt or aromatic salt
olive oil
aluminum foil
Method:
Clean the asparagus eliminating the hard part,ย place them in aluminum foil with herbs, garlic and abundant oil, close
in package of aluminum foil and place where you want to bake, enough about twenty minutes;ย ย all the fragrance of the herbs will remain imprisoned in asparagus.
just look at the colour of these asparagus!!! fantastic ๐
