Kamut Salad

Kamut, courgettes, dried tomatoes and nutritional yeast.

Ingredients:
75 gr kamut
2 courgettes
1 dried tomato
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt

Method:
Cook kamut in hot water as shown in the box.  Meanwhile sautee the sliced zucchini with a little olive oil, adding a chopped tomato towards the end of the cooking. The cougettes should remain crisp and dry. Drain your kamut, add it to the pan, serve and season well with nutritional yeast and salt.
