Brown Apple Cake

200 g unrefined wheat flour
200 grams of brown sugar (or 100g of sugar and 5 tablespoons maple syrup)
3 large apples
A handful of raisins
1 packet of cream of tartar (2 tsp)
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
Soy milk
Juice of 1 / 2 lemon

Cut apples into cubes and put them in a bowl with some lemon juice.
In a small bowl prepare combine 8 tablespoons of flour, 8 tablespoons of water, the sachet of cream of tartar and baking soda tsp.
Add to this the sugar and mix well.
Combine the cinnamon to the flour and mix them with the mixture and the sugar. Mix and mix thoroughly.
Then add your apples, raisins and soy milk a little at a time until you reach the right consistency.

Cook at 180° – mediumhot- for almost an hour.  Enjoy 🙂
