Easter Trees
These are great for children, there is no sugar added! A real healthy treat 🙂
Ingredients:
240g raisins
240g almonds
4 tablespoons date syrup
Method:
Chop raisins and almonds separately in a blender or food processor.
Put everything into a large bowl, add the date syrup and mix well with your hands and shape into little balls.
If you want to make some fancy “lollipops” you can dip them lightly in malt or rice syrup and roll them in candies and other sweet decorations.
