Mardarins Jam
I did this Jam to consume a lodge mandarins, the result I was very satisfied. I found and read other recipes, but then at the end I did head my inspired somewhat by a slightly from one another. With the doses that I give you made 9 jars such as those of the photo.
Ingredients:
3 kg mandarins juice
1,2 kg of cane sugar
the skin of 7/8 mandarins
Method:
First of all washed mandarins, share it in two and squeeze. Save the Peel 8 mandarins, cut into strips very fine and let it boil in hot water for 10 minutes
make cool skins under the Jet of cold water, squeeze well and add the juice of the mandarins, add sugar and start to cook
It will take a nice hour abundant before it is ready, regolat based on density that you prefer. Store beautiful boiling close immediately and place it in the dark.
Fabulous! I wish I could have it this morning for breakfast on a warm toasted bread slice! And what a jars’ labels! Very nice….
