Yoghurt Apple Pie
Delicious apple pie already experienced several times with different types of flour and always coming good. I used in noegg that you can replace with the maezena or potato starch that soften always sweets.
Ingredients:
2 apples
200gr of flour (Favorites)
150gr of cane sugar
250gr natural soy yugurt
60 g of olive oil
1 sachet of yeast

3 teaspoons noegg

1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons of apricot
Method:
