Farinata with flowers

Today  I went to pick up flowers straight after work.  There are lots of edible flowers here in Italy.
Ingredients:
Wildflowers: primroses, violets, daisies
1 ½ cup chickpea flour
1 small onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pinch of salt
Water

Method:
Sift flour and put in a blender with a cup of water and blend for several minutes. The mixture must have no lumps.
Let stand for at least 4 hours.
Wash the flowers and dry them very well.
In a pan heat a tablespoon of oil, add the chopped onion and fry on a low heat.
Add flowers and cook a few minutes.
Transfer the flowers in a bowl, add the flour mixture and mix well.
Grease a baking dish and pour.  Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour. (medium hot)
This is the result! Bon appetit!
