Mint Loaf
This bread is soft and fluffy inside and has a nice golden crust. Mint makes it unique. Try it!
Ingredients:
200 g organic kamut flour
300 g organic whole spelt flour
125 to 150 g of soy yogurt
warm water
1 / 2 cube fresh yeast
Dried Mint
Method:
1 – Sift the flour and mix with mint.
2 – Melt your fresh yeast in a glass with some warm water
3 – Once dissolved add to the flour, pour the yogurt and mix well. Now add enough water to make a nice dough.
4 – Mix well and work the dough energetically x 10 min.
4 – Further wrap the dough in a floured cloth and let rise for about 1 hour in a warm place (the oven is perfect).
5 – After the first rising time, resume the dough and give it the shape you like.
6 – Put it back in oven for another hour for the second rising.
7 – Bake at 200 ° x 15 minutes. (fairly hot oven)
