Chocolate Cake

Dry ingredients:

400 g all purpose flour
300 g sugar
75 g cocoa
1 packet of yeast
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
a pinch of salt
a dozen chopped hazelnuts
teaspoon baking soda
liquid ingredients
pint milk (your favorite)
150 g corn oil
Topping;
chopped walnuts
hazelnuts
plain chocolate

Method:
Mix dry ingredients first, then add the liquid gradually, stirring constantly.
when it is smooth andwith no lumps, place in cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Once cooled, pour the melting chocolate over it using a spoon and sprinkle with chopped nuts ­čÖé
